My husband and I have worked with Tico and his team across four properties in total over the last six years. He has been reliable and worked within budget / timing. In terms of price point, his rates have been competitive. What is a bonus about working with Tico is that he has a team of equally competent and skillful tradesmen, who all specialise in relevant areas (E.G. plumber, electrician, carpenter etc). As such, when using Tico, you will have access to a complete team so there's no need to hire separate tradesmen, which we found to be a relief.
Should we be in a position when moving property again in the future then I will likely employ Tico's services again and I can recommend him to anyone else who wants a reliable, trustworthy and professional contractor.

One of the most impressive aspects for me was the ability to keep the home clean whilst carrying out work, whilst we were still living there.

I have worked with Tico Contractors on a number of projects and I recommend them highly. Tico has very good contacts and works well with sub contractors and suppliers. They recently completed a certified new build Passivhaus which requires a very high level of detail and diligence.
